Tough times force hard choices. The unfolding economic downturn has created unprecedented challenges for the arts community in Tennessee. With that in mind, the Tennessee Arts Commission has scheduled an important statewide conference that will explore strategic preparedness, sustainability, opportunities, and prosperity in troubled times.
